Recovery Walk Saturday

This past Saturday, we were truly blessed to come together as a community for the Recovery Walk. To everyone who showed up, walked beside us, donated, and cheered us on—thank you. Your presence and support made this event not just successful, but deeply meaningful. Together with the Recovery Café, we raised much-needed funds that will directly sustain one of Colville’s most important resources for healing and connection.

If you haven’t yet stepped inside the Recovery Café at 576 N Wynne St, Colville, WA 99114, make the time to do so. It’s more than a café—it’s a safe harbor. Whether you come for a sandwich, a cup of coffee, or just to sit in circle with others, you’ll find conversation, healing groups, meditation, and a sense of belonging that is rare and beautiful. Don’t sleep on this treasure—it’s here for all of us.

At Bridges of Hope Men’s Recovery Center, our journey of growth continues. Today, six men call our house home. Each is working diligently to rebuild his life, to fight for stability, and to write a new chapter filled with resilience and hope. Their stories may differ, but their hearts carry the same message: they are men of this community, rising again—learning new skills, sharing brotherhood, finding strength, and stepping into the lives they were always meant to live.

We also want to remind our friends and neighbors of another way to support this mission: the Bridges Thrift Store, located at 284 W Astor, Colville, WA 99114. Every purchase you make there goes directly back into supporting the men’s recovery house. When you shop with us—or donate your gently used items—you are helping provide safe housing, meals, life skills training, and a supportive community for men determined to reclaim their futures. Something as simple as buying a coat, a book, or a piece of furniture becomes part of someone’s recovery story.

Recovery is not only about leaving the past behind—it’s about creating a brighter future. Saturday’s Recovery Walk was a vivid reminder of what happens when we walk side by side: strength multiplies, hope rises, and transformation becomes real. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for supporting this work, for believing in second chances, and for helping us prove that change is not only possible—it’s happening right here in Colville.

Together, we are building community. Together, we are building hope.
